Optometrist

Dr. Gold grew up in upstate New York and received her Bachelor of Science degree from The College of Human Ecology at Cornell University with a concentration in Nutrition. After deciding to pursue her passion to become an Optometrist, Dr. Gold was accepted into the University of California at Berkeley School of Optometry.

Upon graduation in 2001, she moved back east to work in Connecticut until her spouse’s career brought them to sunny central Florida a few years later. Since then, Dr. Gold has been working in a variety of optometric settings allowing her to bring a range of expertise to her patients, from general primary eye care and refractive surgery, to medical eye disease management, specialty contact lenses, and pediatric and geriatric eye care.

Dr. Gold is passionate about educating her patients and giving them a personal experience, making her patients a top priority and striving to provide the best care possible.

When not in the office, Dr. Gold enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children, traveling with them in support of their active softball and volleyball teams, and when time allows, occasionally participating in triathlon and running events herself.

Daniel Sturtz

Chief Operations Officer

Daniel has been with Performance Vision Center since 2015 and has worked in the eye care field for more than 15 years. As the Chief Operations Officer, he oversees strategic planning, financial performance, human resources, marketing,and clinical service integration, helping ensure the practice continues to grow while delivering exceptional patient care.


Daniel's favorite eyewear brand is Maui Jim, known for it's unmatched lens quality and exceptional visual clarity.


Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys attending Orlando City Soccer matches, traveling, and continuing to further his education.

Brian Gregorski

Optician

Brian has been an Optician at Performance Vision Center since September 2020. With years of experience helping patients find the perfect pair of glasses, he enjoys combining vision care with personal style. Brian's favorite eyewear brand is Etnia Barcelona, known for it's fun colors and unique shapes that stand out from the ordinary. It's no surprise that Barcelona is also his favorite city, inspiring his appreciation for bold design and vibrant style.


In his free time, Brian enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. Some of his favorite destinations include Spain, Ireland, and South Africa. His love of travel reflects his appreciation for creativity, style, and experiencing the world from different perspectives--something he also brings to helping patients find eyewear that fits both their vision needs and their personality.

Molly Ward

Optometric Technician

Molly has been an Optometric Technician at Performance Vision Center since November 2025. She enjoys helping patients have a great experience during their visits and assisting the team in providing quality eye care.
Molly's favorite eyewear styles are geometric glasses because of their bold, fun shapes and unique look.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys reading, watching anime, and attending community events around town.

Barbi Cilli

Receptionist

Barbi has been the receptionist at Performance Vision Center since April 2025. She enjoys welcoming patients and helping make their visits smooth and enjoyable from the moment they walk through the door.
Barbi's favorite eyewear brand is Silhouette because the frames are so lightweight that she often forgets she's even wearing them.
Outside of work, Barbi enjoys spending quality time with her family.
